This faucet is an excellently crafted device. It is well constructed and nicely finished. The sensors, contrary to some other reviews that I read, have the right sensitivity and operate the faucet valve correctly. Something to be taken into account: I have a flow of 4.1 litres/minute on the hot water and more than 5 litres/minute on the cold water pipe without the pump operating. If I try to operate the faucet with the mixer in full hot, the flow is not enough to make the pump to start, while in full cold position the pump starts with no issues. In my case, I have a positive head pump. In conclusion, I would recommend to either make sure that the flow in any of your pipes in equal or higher to 5 litres/minute or use a negative head pump. Also the M10 pipes coming with my gfaucet were 600mm long, which is great for situations where your main pipes are a bit further. However, being longer, they introduce a higher pressure loss, which in my case, it did not help. I replaced them by 400 mm long and that only helper a lot to start the pump. All this has nothing to do with the faucet itself, which works well and I fully recommend.

Dear Amazon Customer Service, I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding a faulty item purchased in November. The product has failed well within a reasonable lifespan. Initially, it operated as expected; however, over time the battery performance deteriorated significantly—from lasting 1–2 months to requiring weekly replacement—before ceasing to function entirely two days ago. This pattern clearly indicates an inherent fault, likely due to internal failure (including possible water ingress affecting the wiring), rather than normal wear and tear. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and durable. A failure within approximately 11 months does not meet these statutory requirements. As the fault has arisen within the first 12 months, it is presumed to have been present at the time of supply unless proven otherwise. I am therefore exercising my right to a remedy and require either: • a full replacement, or • a full refund Please confirm how you intend to resolve this matter within 7 days of this email. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within this timeframe, I will proceed with further action, which may include: • initiating a chargeback through my payment provider, and/or • pursuing the matter through formal consumer dispute channels I trust this will not be necessary and that this issue can be resolved promptly and professionally. The tap is quite good. Water pressure was more than expected but the tap itself was much bigger than expected.

I bought this a year ago. The mirrored top seems glamorous, but you have to wipe it clean every time you use it else limescale builds up which looks unsightly and is difficult to remove. Also the chrome plating has peeled off in a little place near the side sensor, hardly noticeable, but still. An excellent idea though is having the 2 sensors as you don't have to activate the flow every few seconds by waving your hand.

Seems way to much effort getting your hand in the right place to activate it. You can see at the I hold my hand under where you would keep you hands to wash them and nothing happens. Shame as it looks really good! May have to send this back.

Soddisfatta dell' acquisto. Bisogna abituarsi al sistema di accensione e spegnimento, ma ne vale la pena se si vuole questo. E' di buona qualità e bello esteticamente. Non si bagna sopra

Der Infrarot Sensor Wasserhahn funktioniert einwandfrei und ist leicht zu montieren. Sehr zu empfehlen.

J"ai attendu 5 mois avant de mettre un avis , pour prendre un peu de recul. Je suis ravis de mon achat . les 2 systèmes de détection devant et sur le coté sont très pratiques . Et pour le moment pas de fuites.

Fácil de instalar y funciona perfectamente. Me parece muy cómodo, aunque sobre eso hay opciones encontradas en casa. Yo el único defecto que le encuentro es que la parte superior se mantiene brillante y preciosa poco tiempo: como es plana, acumula gotas fácilmente y marcas de cal.
