My boyfriend wears hats all the time and tried to hand wash one of his favorite hats and use a hair dryer to dry it, but the heat from the device melted the plastic adjustable strap. He was devastated, so I researched the best method for washing a hat to keep it's shape and this bad boy came up! I ordered one for part of his Christmas gift and hopefully this will save his future hats from the same fate as the last!

Works well. Not sure how long it will last. Figure it cost .30-.50 cents to make. So pretty overpriced for what it is. It did work well. Very flimsy.

The frame is too big. No need not to make it a 1/2 inch smaller to accommodate ordinary size hats

Didn't find out until receiving and reading the product data sheet that you can't use it in a front loading, high efficiency washing machine. It's only meant for older-style agitator machines or dishwashers. We don't have a dishwasher, unless you count me. I got my daughter to wash a cap in her dishwasher, and it came out ok after two washes.

I didn't know that you use this in the dishwasher! It does not bother me any. Working great, I got this for my husband for Christmas and he owns (literally) thirty hats so we've gotten our monies worth.

It is hard to fasten and unfasten the clips. Otherwise good product.

Works great!!! The only thing is if u center the hat where its supposed to be it will not clean the button on top of the hat

They do the trick in keeping our hats clean. There is always a soapy residue after washing right on the front where the peak joins to the hat, where the enclosure holds the hat in place. We just brush it off after. Thank you.
