This thing works perfectly right out of the box. Easy to setup and use. Any questions you might have you can find on line and with 750 GB of portable extra storage it's well worth the $51.00 dollars.My cheap laptop came with 124GB GB storage and as apposed to spending more money for a 256GB internal drive I simply bought this product.I put all of my high GB games on this drive and they play effortlessly.Really great product with great value. Will bum more of them.

Picked this up for backups and file storage and it’s earned a permanent spot in my bag. Transfer speeds are the standout—moving large folders is noticeably quick over USB 3.0, so full backups don’t drag on. Cross-platform support is where it really won me over: I run both Windows and Linux and it mounts instantly on both, no drivers, no reformatting, no fuss. I’ve also used it to store server files and it’s handled that duty without a hiccup. Physically it’s compact and genuinely lightweight, so it disappears into a bag and travels to work with me daily without adding weight. After regular use I haven’t hit a single dropout, corruption, or connection issue. Compared to bulkier drives I’ve owned, this one wins on portability without giving up reliability. For the price, the mix of speed, cross-OS compatibility, and pocketable size makes it an easy recommendation.

Actually, I almost canceled the order after reading reviews, and asking AI (COPILOT) about "Aiolo"'s reputation as a manufacturer. Long story short: Aiolo apparently repackages/rebrands and then resells Seagate drives (maybe others...). There are various free utilities (again, AI recommended, for use with Windows 11) to find out the EXACT manufacturer and hardware specs, including usage/power-up time (was low, i.e., just product testing before drive left factory). I ran all of those after receiving the drive, and clearly this was a Seagate 5TB drive by another name...Drive is running fine now for two weeks, with about 3.8T on the 5TB drive so far, updated every few days via backup scripts.Obviously, if you read the bad reviews: Some will fail, regardless if it is or is not a known brand; sometimes probably because of power surges etc. (all mine are plugged into a powered laptop dock, plugged into a power and surge protector).

LOTS OF STORAGE BUT THERES SLOW TRANSFERSPEED SO ANYGAME WILL TAKE A WHILE TO LOAD AND DOWNLOADING IS A PAIN IN THE ASS CUZ OF IT. but overall its alot of storage for the price and it works good.

I have 4 of these drives and they have proven to me that they can handle everything I have put them through. Very impressed with this brand and will keep buying them over Seagate which were the last drives I owned before I found these. They stay very cool and transfer speeds along with the price are great! Very reliable with simple looks and their size are perfect to carry with you anywhere.

Bought this for an iMac so we can save large format photos. Plugged it in and it just worked. No formatting needed. Also noticed the USB-C connection is solid. With another other brand the connection is lose so if I move the monitor up or down it loses connection.

Works so far but when compared to my older WD portable hard drive. This one seems a lot less quality. It feels like if I dropped it by accident it might not be ok. Seems a bit fragile but I could be wrong.

Físicamente hablando, el cuerpo es de plástico pero resistente, de calidad, se nota que no es del plástico "chino", de ahí que pese muy poco, se agradece, el tamaño es perfecto, como mi mano, cabe en el bolsillo sin problema.Es casi totalmente silencioso, digo casi porque cuando trabaja al máximo se nota un pequeño zumbido que no es molesto y con el ruido ambiente incluso pasa desapercibido.Por dentro cumple perfectamente con la descripción, las velocidades de lectura y escritura son muy elevadas, si bien depende también de tus usb, pero no he tenido problema de pasar varios archivos pequeños a la vez como archivos pesados, los ratios de velocidad han sido muy estables en todo momento.Lo he estado usando en una Surface y como digo sin problema.Tengo pensado usarlo como disco duro para juegos retro y emuladores, así que tanto la velocidad y la capacidad me vienen de perlas.En resumen, calidad-precio está muy bien, si bien es cierto que hay otros discos más rápidos y con más capacidad, el precio también se incrementa y al final uno busca lo que necesita al menor precio posible.

Ottimo hard disk esterno, compatto e leggero. È facile da usare, basta collegarlo tramite USB e viene riconosciuto subito dal computer. La velocità di trasferimento è buona e la capacità di 500 GB è perfetta per salvare foto, video e documenti. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, lo consiglio.

Ich habe mir diese externe Festplatte gekauft, um meine Drohnen-Videos und andere Aufnahmen sicher zu sichern – und sie macht genau das, was sie soll.Die Platte ist schön klein und leicht, passt problemlos in jede Tasche und ist ideal, wenn man unterwegs oder nach einem Drohnenflug schnell die Videos sichern möchte. Die Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit über USB 3.0 ist für eine HDD in dieser Preisklasse absolut in Ordnung – meine 4K-Drohnen-Videos sind relativ zügig rüberkopiert.Bisher nutze ich sie hauptsächlich als Backup für alle Drohnen-Aufnahmen und diverse andere Fotos & Videos. Die Kapazität reicht dafür völlig aus, ohne dass ich ständig Platzprobleme habe. Sie wird von meinem Windows-Rechner problemlos erkannt und läuft stabil.Die Verarbeitung ist okay, das Kabel ist kurz, aber ausreichend. Wichtig für mich: Sie macht beim Betrieb nicht übermäßig viel Geräusch und wird nicht unangenehm heiß.Ehrliche kleine Einschränkung: Es ist natürlich keine superschnelle SSD, aber für den Preis und den reinen Backup-Zweck erwarte ich das auch nicht. Für meine Anwendung (Sicherungskopien von Drohnen-Videos) ist sie vollkommen ausreichend und zuverlässig.Fazit: Eine günstige, kompakte und zuverlässige externe Festplatte, die ihren Job als Backup-Lösung sehr gut macht. Ich bin zufrieden und kann sie weiterempfehlen, wenn man eine simple und preiswerte Speicherlösung sucht.
