Q: Does it works well picking up hair? Talking about men haircuts, the hair on the floor.

Bad filter design lets air around it, and also dirt and debris into the motor, which then gets blown out the exhaust. I wouldn't recommend the vacuum at all due to the bad filter design that Eufy insists is "industry standard" yet leak like crazy because there's no rubber seal on the filter or in the vacuum. And for picking up hair it would work if you tape the rim of the filter before you install it so it seals, but the dust cup is so small, you'd have to empty it 3 times for one haircut cleanup.

Doesn't really work well on anything. Very limited suction and once you put an attachment on it it is almost useless.

Q: Can someone from Anker answer this question: Can you leave the H11 on its charger without damaging the battery?

The power supply provided to charge H11 batteries does not seem to be overly smart - it’s just a small AC/DC switching supply, as far as I can tell without any obvious overcharge protection. However, the individual batteries themselves clearly have some logic built in. They provide charge state feedback and my experience with charging them is that they stop drawing current after reaching a defined charge level (most likely detected as a given output voltage). We have two batteries and I’ve left one on the charger for days at a time before when cycling between them. The batts do not remain warm after reaching peak charge, nor have they shown any other signs of overcharge or similar damage. So although I’m making an educated guess, I’d say yes - there does appear to be basic overcharge protection built into the system. This would be typical of almost any modern product like this built in the last 10 years.

Q: How long does a battery charge last and how long does it take to fully charge?

For a new product, after a full charge, the battery lasts around 13 minutes. It takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours to fully charge.
