Exceeds Expectations
I had my doubts about this product, but after using it every day have to say it has far exceeded my expectations! I have been using a gallon size Britta pitcher for 15 years, each new model was basically the same as the last. They probably had stands and other accessories available, but I never used any, so the stand was a really nice upgrade for me. Also we are accustomed to tipping the pitcher forward to pour the last remaining water from the Britta, but on this dispenser the water spigot tube lies on the very bottom of the tank, allowing you to pour every drop of water without tipping or repositioning anything. At first I was skeptical of the plastic spout, which has a turn instead of a flip handle like my others, but it works great. I was also skeptical of the little plastic pitcher on the front you can use to refill the water, but I actually use it ALL the time. The water tank is large and I have fresh water available more often because of the ease of use. How I feel about replacing the two filters is yet to be seen. The Britta filters were always easy to find and only used one at a time. This dispenser uses two at a time, but itโs also twice as fast and the water tastes great. I hope they will be affordable and I will continue to use this pitcher as long as possible. Nice upgrade!

I prefer this to faucet filters
I was ready for a change from the faucet filter and decided to try this. I like that it fits on my kitchen counter under the cabinets and it has the rubber grips on the bottom to keep it in place. Assembly was fairly easy and didn't take more than 5-10 minutes. The plastic and parts all feel durable and of good quality. The spigot turns on and off smoothly and doesn't leak. It's easy to fill from the top compartment. One thing I've noticed is that the water seeps along the edges at times. I haven't figured out if it has to do with how fast water is being poured in or how full it is. It's a small amount, but still, that amount that's seeping down the inner sides is obviously bypassing the filters. See my video, towards the end, for a visual of what I'm talking about. The water tastes fine; I live in the country so it doesn't taste like chlorine to begin with anyway. Overall I like it and think it's a great replacement for the faucet filters that are clunky and get in the way.

A very nice water system that is well packed
This isnโt your typical store-bought water system that you just put in soapy water, rinse the filter and boom in a few minutes itโs ready to go. This took me quite a while to clean each part which it was packed very well, and it was very clean already that I wanted to make sure it was cleaned with soapy, water and air dried. The whole set up probably took about an hour, but it was so worth it. I also had to adjust the shelves in the kitchen. I put it on one shelf then moved it to another. I did have a little bit of a hiccup while I was filling it and ended up with a puddle on the floor, but Iโm sure that was user error. I drink a lot of water and Iโm trying to get away from bottled water even though I recycle all the bottles I use itโs just hard for me to order groceries to the house and carry them in. I donโt drive due to the fact I have neuropathy and I have a lot of side effects from chemotherapy due to my cancer, this is very handy to have and I love it.

Great filter
I took a video, but it was apparently way too long. So I am only adding the open box video. I need to set up a space for video reviews. I like this filter. It was more or less easy to set up. I will say do read all the directions before beginning the set up. You donโt really need the directions for the machine itself if you are handy. However, you need to follow direction on how to set up the filters. There were a couple more steps than other filters. Once set up, the water tasted great. The filter is a bit large for counter, so I put it in the fridge. I like that it has two way to set it up, a tall filter or a small one. I did the second way that was small so it can fit in the fridge. I also like that it came with something to refill, so a person does not have to look for cups or bowl to fill the filter. It has an open top that can just be pushed to add water to refill. This was designed for convenience. I really like it and recommend it.

Good ๐
My dog and I both drink filtered water. But she loves it cold and I drink mine at room temp - lol. I also use a better filtration system for myself but itโs small and takes forever to filter. This one does the job and can hold a good amount. The only drawback is the uneasiness to move it around. The tank has some cool features such as a built-in water cup for refills and a builtin stand if needed - but moving it too and fro and side-2-side itโs bulky and awkward. I tried to pull the unit forward while in the fridge and dislodged the water spout and all the water came like a wave upon the floor ๐ Just something to keep in mind ๐ Also, there are a lot of compartments to this tank - so make note when pulling it apart

Absolutely Fabulas Water Filter Dispenser
I wish I would have purchased this a while ago, before a bought a smaller filter from another manufacturer. This is the one I really wanted. The 35 cup capacity is awesome. I like everything about this product. The design is excellent, they designers thought of everything. I really like that you can place it in the fridge and leave it until time for the periodic cleaning or every 2 month filter change. You can fill it without budging it from it's place. The slide out funnel is easy to use and a container for taking water from the tape to the funnel is integrated into the design. Using two filters allows faster filling of filtered water into the tank. If you choose to use the unit outside of the fridge, lower portion of the unit becomes a stand. All in all it is a very functional and esthetically pleasing design. It works great in all respects. To top it all off, the instruction manual is well written, thorough, and easy to follow. So many of the products we purchase on Amazon these day have substandard instruction manuals, but not this one. I'm completely pleased with this filtered water dispenser, thus I can highly recommend it, without any reservations.

Not sure about this
The filters emit some sort of black particle, possibly the carbon. I tried so many times to figure out what was going on. I soaked the filter in a bowl of water, then rinsed it for 5 minutes, however with no progress. The actual dispenser itself is okay quality, just the lid wouldn't come off easily. I have absolutely no clue what kind of filter is this. I asked Aqua Optima for performance data to see what kind of metals, or any harmful minerals can it reduce. Unfortunately, that data is unavailable. Other companies like Brita (America, not EU) have performance data listed publically, and even Waterdrop has it handy if you ask! The filters also last for only 1 month so not really cost-saving. Look for something else, please.

We use it every day , all day . Love it
We have filters on our faucet and in our fridge but that water tastes a little like chlorine and is better then just tap water but once I got this I started pouring the water from the fridge and the sink filter in this and now we have great tasting water that does not have any chlorine taste . The sink filter setup we have is super slow . Being able to fill this up with 35 cups makes it so I can fill up big things a lot faster than I could before with better tasting water . Itโs improved our daily lives for sure . We now are drinking more water because it tastes better . I hated using bottled water because of the single use plastic bottles. This makes it a lot easier to get great tasting water at home without bottled water . Iโm impressed . I like the little thing to fill it up and itโs become part of our everyday routine . I know if I like it then itโs good because Iโm picky about the water I drink . I dislike the taste of chlorine in tap water , even a tiny amount bothers me .
