FINALLY the urine smell is gone from the back of the house. It works. Package arrived with a big hole on the side. I was certain the can would be damaged. But it had been wrapped with rigid bubble wrap and was encased in an inner box. No damage. For extra protection, I bought kitchen trash bags infused with Febreeze and threw a cup of baking soda in the bag. Not sure these last two measures were necessary. Very happy.

It is great at locking odors in. It is probably a good size for most users but as my elderly parent has overactive bladder it would be nice if it was a bit bigger...It would be helpful to have more room to last til garbage day pickup every few days. That way we don't have strong odors in the outside garbage cans.Another small issue is that with arthritis it is a bit hard to open to remove the trash bag for the elderly users.It looks nice & neatly fits well in even a small bathroom.Overall I still recommend it highly.

Nice quality. Most of these adult diaper pails come with an odd bag system. It can be hard for someone to start a new bag and/or change the bag roll without clear directions. Plus, you are locked into buying the expensive custom bag rolls. You can use regular tall kitchen garbage bags with this one.

I wish I had of thought to order this sooner! It seems to be working well. I have it near my mom's commode potty chair, and I do not smell any adverse smells in the air. FIVE STARS 🌟!

We purchased this bin because we have two dogs that need diapers. We couldn’t be happier with the overall quality, capacity, and functionality with the bin. However, the bin does retain quite an odor despite what the advertising says. You’ll want some sort of odor absorption material like baking soda to help cut down on the smell.

Wish I had purchased this first instead of a regular diaper pail. I use it for my puppy pads, my dogs are small and I can't let them out on their own (Coyotes and birds of prey common here). So potty papers are used and this adult diaper pail fits them better and keeps the smell very well contained. I'd purchase again.

Disposing of XXL adult incontinence diapers and pads is a gross proposition, this diaper pail makes it far less so, and less expensive in the long run. Yes, nearly $100 for a diaper pail is a bit expensive-on the surface, when compared to baby diaper pails. However, baby diaper pails use special "continuous roll" bags for the waste. The bags aren't inexpensive. They don't hold much and can leak if you don't tie the bottom knots correctly. This adult pail uses 13 gallon tall kitchen bags. I recommend the Glad Force Flex Odor Seal leak resistant bags. My wife's diapers have lots of urine in them. The pail, combined with quality bags keeps odors confined and makes disposal of the nasty waste much easier. I definitely recommend this adult diaper pail.
