Excellent warrantee service
after using for 17 months, stop working for no reason, i contacted the seller as it was still under warrantee. the seller replaced and give me a brand new item. that was amazing

Good performance but poor durability
The garment steamer works very well and has strong performance. I was really happy with how it removed wrinkles. However, after only two months of normal use, it started causing an electrical short circuit, which is very dangerous. It is disappointing that such a good product broke so quickly. Also, there is no clear warranty contact information.

الجهاز ممتاز قوى .البخار ودرجاته جيدة جدا ...العيب الكبير فى الصراع.التيوب. الخرطوم سئ جدا وضعيف لا يتحمل البخار ومع ضغط البخار ينثنى ولا يعمل الجهاز بشكل جيد. اى اقتراحات لإصلاح هذا العيب....

المنتج يوجد به عيوب مثل الانبوب البلاستيكي يخرج اثناء الكوي من مكانه ولا تعمل المكواة بالشكل المطلوب

جيدة نوعا ما و متماسكة بس مشكلتها ان مالهاش مكان كويس تقدر تعلق علية الهدوم و انت بتكوي تعديل: باظت بعد ٣ شهور من الشراء و بحاول اوصل للتوكيل تعديل ٢: بعد ٩ شهور تقريبا ما لقتش ليها قطع غيار في مصر ...لا انصح بيها
