Yummy and very tangy somewhat acidic.
These are substantial crackers. They offer a tangy cheesy taste somewhat on the sour side. There is quite a lot of malic acid in these so they could create heartburn. These crackers are really good with a fatty kind of creamy dip. I would not pair these with anything vinegary acidic nor tomato based. These would be delicious with little pieces of bacon a top some cream cheese. These crackers hold up well and have a big crunch and are fairly large. The grooves are fun and the cheese flavor is punchy.
