i have ordered almost every color so far over the past 6 years and it is by far my favorite journal. I used to use the moleskin notebooks and these are a great “dupe” to them. The covers are sturdy and resistant to any water damage along. The pages are better to moleskin as they aren’t as thin so there’s less bleeding and warping. the pages are also slightly larger. I’ve never had an kind of issues with this notebook and will keep buying for the next 6 years (hopefully they make a bulk pack)

This journal has been the best, highest-quality journal I've owned so far! I recently decided that I want to start a journaling habit as a form of therapy and to practice morning pages, and this journal has not let me down!! The cover is durable, strong, and feels smooth to the touch. It does not feel cheap or tacky. The pages feel SILKY SMOOTH and there is no bleed through whatsoever. I write with a thick (1.0mm) Pilot G2 gel pen, so I think the pages can stand any type of ink. The elastic band is so useful for closing the journal and making sure your pages and safe and protected, especially when you don't want anyone else to look inside your journal. I love the ribbon bookmark. It is so useful for keeping track of where I left off because sometimes I write in my journal multiple times a day. I got the Paperage journal in the color green with lined pages, and when it arrived, the green was a beautiful, moderate tone of lime green. The cover of the journal is completely blank and there's no prominent logo at the front or back so that was a relief! I was worried at first that the color was going to be too vibrant and overbearing, but the green is really nice! And the A5 size is perfect for journal writing, and the spacing between the lines is perfect. I can't comment on the labeling and the expandable pockets because I have not used them yet, but it's a nice addition you have if you want to use them. In less than 2 weeks, I only have a few pages left in my journal, and this will be the first recreational journal I have filled up in my life! The only complaint is that I wish this journal could be offered with more pages, but besides that, it's perfect :)

I'm fairly new to journaling, and this is my first experience writing in something designed for journaling. Being left-handed, I did not initially consider Paperage's offering. But after reading a number of positive reviews from lefthanders, I decided to give it a try. The paper has a nice feel- not too heavy, so when you write on it, the impression on the back of the page is noticeable but light. The whiteness of the paper is pleasantly not too bright, and the ruling is thin and light as well. What's especially nice about the ruling is that there's no "air" at the top of the page as you'd find on a notebook or looseleaf page. It also means that if you want to use it as a left-handed book, you can flip it over so the spine is on the right; the only drawback to that would mean the elastic closure band would look a bit odd, and the storage folder would be in the front instead of the back. And it lays flat, so although I considered using it "backwards", I opted to use it in the conventional manner.

Perfect for journaling. Recommended.

It has a handy little pocket in the back cover for holding notes, etc., as well as personalization stickers.
