Good for injury rehab
Got this for the gym on recommendation of my physio, gave me the confidence to move more normally after a broken ankle. Good firm adjustable support. Being white it does kinda show up when you wear it, but thatâs a small price to pay for the boost in confidence it gives you in getting back to normal. Well worth a try.

Not everything is as stated beware of small numbers of reviews
Did not meet the expectations as previous reviews had stated. Completely did not give the support as described. Wasted money and not returnable, which wasnât mentioned in the description of the item. Not impressed and definitely not recommend by a country mile.
