It catches fish check it out
Outstanding rod. Just brought in a 27” 8lb bonnethead, shark. Action was great and a nice fight. Very durable and a great feel and balance. The wife is very happy with her new pole paired with a Kastking Megatron 6000 real and 30lb Kastking low vis gray line.

Kast King KONG fishing rod
I love this fishing rod the feel of the fishing rod is so awesome, and the casting of the rod really gets the line out to where you want it. It’s very well balanced which is very impressive and the durability of the rod handles the large fish very well, I most definitely will be purchasing at least tow more of these fishing rods. Well worth it’s value!

Great rod so far!!!
I’m loving this rod. I’ve paired this rod with a okuma komdo 465 with 65 Lb braided and 30 Lb Flouro leader. This rod allowed me to cast a 1 oz jig and a 2 oz spoon with ease (I do realize the reed also helps). For a heavy rod, I was able to feel the difference between sea weed and an actual bite. It is light and easy to transport.

Good rod, missing trigger though
I bought this rod to throw my 2-4oz glides and it does a great job, the only complaint is I wish the rod had a trigger, great quality for the price. Good action, Iv slayed many of bass on this rod.

Sturdy, satisfactory fishing poles
Highly satisfactory fishing pole for the serious amateur. This will hold sturdy enough tackle and line to pull in good size fish! We have 2, and they are a good investment.

Eyes are very fragile and brittle
I had really high hopes for this rod the rod was very strong and worked well. The eyes are super fragile first rod I touched the eye with my hand and it crumbled exchange it for another one. The second one arrived the eye was damaged, crushed and crumbled I’ll give it a shot in a year or so to see if they can get it fixed

KastKing KONG Spinning Rod
I just recieved my new KastKing KONG 2 piece 8’ spinning rod. It arrived in a shipping tube which insured that my rod would arrive free of shipping damage. Once put together I was amazed how much lighter it is compared to one of my 7 ‘ rods! As light weight it feels, I can’t help but get the notion that it’s a very durable and well made rod. I especially appreciate the day glow green tip! The handle and butt of this rod feels awesome and I can’t wait to use it to land my next big freshwater monster. For under $100 I doubt that you could find a better spinning rod.
