Happy with purchase
Disclaimer- I have not given birth yet! So this is just based on trying the gown on. I am 5'2" was a size 4/6 prepregnancy. I decided to go with the plus size (as recommended) because my bust size rather large (30 H prepregnancy plus about 3-4 cup increase since). Fits better than expected, being short the front slit came down to past my knees, but tying up the bottom tie really tight works fine for coverage. Not a ton of bust support, but enough that I feel covered and not too "floppy". I major down side is that my nipples do show through, I got the pink gown. I haven't decided if I'll put an extra piece of material in to cover it or if I'll just leave it (let's face it, will I really care when I'm in labor?!?) overall I'm pretty happy with the purchase and expect it to work well for my needs.Post delivery update : gown was great, got lots of compliments from the staff and the open front was perfect for intermittent monitoring. As I started pushing my husband untied the halter and it was a really smooth transition for skin to skin

Comfortable, easy access for nurses, light material
I got a lot of compliments from the nurses about the gown and it was very easy to fit the monitors on my stomach while I was in labor. The material is thin but serves its purpose.

Made for one stylish birth.. and comphy too!
Loved this when I was in labor! It was way more comphy then the gown they give you at the hospital. I had a lot of comments on it from the nurses as well! I recommend it for any woman going into labor. Would ask the hospital if it's fine to wear tho. A friend bought one and they wouldn't let her wear it... My doctor said it was better then what they give you because the slits in it was easier to get the monitors on and keep you covered.

Disappointing at best
I was looking for something to give me a little chest support during labor with my second child. After reading a few reviews, I was at least hopeful. I was a size 18 pre-pregnancy, and a 36DD, so I ordered the 18-26 thinking I'd rather it be large than small. To my disappointment the gown gives very little (if any) chest support, and I can't imagine it would actually keep my breasts covered during the shifting of labor. The slit in the front and tie closure design also give no coverage. I would not be comfortable walking the halls with so much showing and the gown feeling so unsecure.

I felt like there was not as much coverage of my breasts ...
This gown says it fits up tp size 26 but as a 20 it was snug on my pregnant body. I felt like there was not as much coverage of my breasts as I would have liked. The packaging describes the item as disposable but that was not mentioned in the description. The fabric is soft but the seams and edges were not finished.
