How easy is it to manage getting into breastfeeding position with this pillow on your own (with 2 babies)?

It's tough, but if you have the pillow in position and babies within reach you could possibly do it alone. I was unable to breastfeed both my girls at the same time without help getting them latched on. However, this pillow is absolutely amazing as a place to prop your babies in. My girls are 6 months now and I still use it to feed them together or to nap in. It's been a life saver for us!

Can the cover be removed for washing?

Yes. It has a Velcro closure and is really easy to remove and wash!!

What type of chair do you use to nurse with the Twin-Z pillow? I've heard it's really wide, so may not work as well with traditional gliders?

For safety reasons we do not recommend using the pillow in a rocker. Yes, the pillow is very large so an over-sized chair or love seat works great! You can also use the Twin Z on a couch, bed or nursery floor. - The Twin Z + One Z Team

Mamá de gemelos, no lo dudes! Vale cada peso

Al principio dude en comprarla porque me parecía demasiado caro por una almohada de lactancia. Sin embargo, las tomas de mis gemelos se me complican mucho y con esta almohada he logrado un avance tanto en el agarre como en que no se desesperen.
