This is a whole heap of ingredients that are required in a joint supplement for dogs, in tablet form but if your dog is not good at taking tablets can be crushed into their meals or wrap in something smelly and irrestible cheese, pate etc depending on how posh you are! We have used a variety of supplements, most have some effect, just keep the old guy moving a little freer, he is not currently on heavy pain relief! Being an old buy he doesn't hare around anymore, just a slow plod around the park and a comfy sofa! Oh to come back as a well loved pet next time, instead of a human!

Now my German Shepherd is nearly 11, she is starting to show signs of her age and is moving a little slower when doing things such as going upstairs. I thought it would be a good idea to try some joint supplements to see if they helped her at all. Due to her size, she needs 3 of these tablets per day so this pack of 120 tablets should last 40 days. She doesn’t eat them like treats so they are crushed into her food and that has not slowed her eating down at all. The long list of ingredients suggest that the tablets should help boost her immunity for allergy relief although this is not the main reason for ordering them. She certainly seems to move more freely having been taking these for over a week now. Priced at £18.99 per pack of 120 tablets, these work out at approximately 47p per day using the recommended 3 tablets for her weight. There are many high-strength joint supplements for dogs on the the market containing similar active ingredients that are a lot cheaper although they do not include the allergy support element. They work for the purpose I hoped for but I have reduced my rating by 1 star due to the cost.

I'm already familiar with the value and ingredients of this type product as I've been giving them to my dog for a few years now. Originally recommended by a veterinary nurse, these tablets contain all of the ingredients we were told to watch out for. At the time of writing, this particular product was slightly less expensive than the tablets we were buying on repeat. This is good for us as our dog who is nearly 12 years old, requires 3 tablets per day, so a pack only lasts for 40 days. Recommended for your dog, especially as he/she gets older.

I got these hoping they would help my older labs joints as I’m noticing her slowing down a bit. They smell a bit weird to me but my dog seemed to like them and was happy to just eat them as if they were a treat. For her weight they recommended 2 a day and said they were best just eaten but could be crushed into food if needed. I think supplements like these take time to work so I’m interested to see if I see any improvements in her by the time she finishes this tub. I think now was a good time to start with winter coming on as she’s seemed a bit slower this last few weeks.

Pros: - Easy to conceal the tablet in some wet dog food - Seems to be working. After a long walk and a lie down, when getting back up my dog would have a limp for the first few paces. Not used it since I have used this product. Could be a coincidence, but it's not worth the risk of stopping using the product in my view. Cons: - A liquid form would be easier again to adminster I hope you find this review helpful.

These maintain comfortable movement for my elderly rescue dog. She can get up more easily now. They seem to be palatable. Nice to see British made and organic as I have found Chinese supplements do not work.

This is a very good joint complex which is simialr to much more expensive ones we've used successfully with simialr ingredients and most importantly the Glucosamine and green lipped muscle - very good for larger dogs like our GSD's especially. Brilliant value for the amount and would recommend fully as no issues so far having nearly finished them.
