Exactly what my esthetician uses. Use following red light therapy or facials. I use when a migraine strikes. Stays wonderfully refreshing in the refrigerator and holds the cold for an impressive amount of time. I think they’ll last a long time based on the quality of materials.

These are great. I don't know how to "properly" use them but they feel amazing and rotate flawlessly. Such a refreshing feeling. I roll them up the back of my nack neck when I get headaches.
