SPORTSROYALS Twist Stair Stepper Machine for Home Gym Cardio Exercise

Normally I don't bother writing a review for anything but felt i had too give this a review. Got delivered next date took 30 seconds too put battery in and connect clips ,very sturdy machine and can feel my thighs start too get a pump after 10 mins ,took a few minutes too get my balance on it but found doing it without the bands too get going was best for me ,I'm sweating and happy there's a first 😀 😄 😅 😉

The Sports royals mini stepper is strong, yet light and compact. Ideal for an aerobic workout in a home gym. The height of the stepper is adjustable. Very happy with this purchase.

Use it for 20 minutes a day (instructions say 20 mins per session before allowing to cool). It does seem to provide health improvements to both legs and arms. Only downside is resistance cord on one of them seems to have permanently overstretched (didn't snap), so have unequal lengths now. But replacements are cheap, and shouldn't detract from the overall benefit it provides.

Great piece of equipment! Lovely solid quality. Nice large foot pads I’m a 5 and my partner is an 11 and both were comfortable. It has nice fluid smooth movement looks like a quality product and I think is good value for money. It doesn’t take long to feel like you’ve had a good workout!

Initially this was fine but it started to squeak in the last month. This morning it broke, the adjustment screw snapped off leaving it unusable. Avoid

Compact design so saves space, easy to use and works those legs.

Build quality & function it works.. However; "A mini stepper is generally more intense and burns more calories per minute than walking, but less effective for overall muscle activation than actually climbing stairs due to a smaller range of motion" With this in mind your better off going for a walk, climb some stairs & or a hill or if you live by the sea walk on the sand/stones for more resistance. I bought this, used it for a couple weeks then as expected returned to actual walks, it's a gimmick nothing more.

Brilliant product! I have a ‘sit down’ job, so I always find it difficult to get steps in during the day. Having this product at home helps me make sure that I keep fit, without having to pay a fortune to go to a gym. Easy to store and easy to set the resistance that you want on your legs. With the detachable resistance bands as well, I can get an arm workout in at the same time. It keeps track of your steps, calories and time too so you get set a daily goal for yourself. Highly recommend this product!

Soddisfatto dello stepper!

Steeper incline requires more work and more results allows you to push further.

Good quality.
