EZ Flares XL - Fender Flares PRO Flexible Foam Rubber 2-Inch Fender

While this product came in handy to pass state is inspection because of tires that stuck out slightly, I promptly removed it as it’s clear it would not survive a winter or even excessive heat. This product uses true 3m vhb tape that’s definitely good, but not something that Will withstand being exposed to the elements, rain, slush,snow, salt, ect. I plan to keep my precut fender extenders and purchase additional tape to reattach the fender extension once a year. Although convenient , I do struggle with the price point of this product. You are getting a specialty shaped foam gasket material with sticky tape on the backside. Not something that I think should cost over $100 for all four fenders.

Love them. Look factory enough. I’m surprised how well they have lasted and glad I gave it a chance. I’ve got a lot of tire poke and they add a lot of pritection

We purchased for our Jeep Gladiator. We followed the instructions, cleaned the finder wells with alcohol and let it dry. It was in the 80’s as well. Putting this on was not too hard. Pressed it on in all areas and let it set over night. The next morning we came out and none of the corners had stuck. Went around and pressed everything back on and let it set all day, again in the 80’s. Came home from work and the corners were unstuck again. Sent questions and request the company to contact us. That was two weeks ago and still no contact.

I chose the addition of these fender extensions as an alternative to aftermarket fender flares. They were a great fit on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator and were very easy to install. With this said the adhesion was just OK at best. As such I used automotive trim screw fasteners on the inside of flare in order to ensure they stay fastened at highway speeds. Time will tell as to how well these hold up in daily use.

I recently received military orders to Italy and am authorized to ship a vehicle over with me. Knowing my F-150 is not a good fit for the small rough roads and tight streets, I opted to ship my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport. My Jeep is not overly modified, but one addition did create a huge issue when it came to shipping it; the tires. Italian customs will not allow vehicles that have tires that stick out farther than the fenders. To solve this problem, I purchased these EZ Flares XL as they cover the two inches of extra tire. If you live in a state that requires your tires to be covered by fenders, or are shipping a vehicle to a country that does, these will do the job…to a point. The adhesive is poor. By the time I finished putting on the third EZ Flare, the first one had fallen off. Within minutes, all four were on the ground around my Jeep. If you choose this product, I encourage a better adhesive than what is on the product, or, what I used was screws to hold them in place. It is good product, but not great. With a solid adhesive, this is very easily a five-star product.

Worked great. Be sure to clean the fender surface first with rubbing alcohol. The 3M tape bonds very nicely on a clean surface. Let it cure for 24 hours before driving or exposing to water. Also passed my Jeep Wrangler vehicle inspection with the additional 2 inches of extended fender over my offset, 33 inch tires. Much easier, faster, and less expensive than purchasing a second set of wheels and tires.

Apart from it being very flimsy as everyone else states... no one mentioned that 2 kits are required to do a whole flare of a pickup The quality supplied is too little for the cost I cannot even complete 3/4 of the flare for all 4 fenders... now I have to drive around with 2 fenders done until another kit arrives

Seemed a little over priced and now I've got to buy another kit as 1 isn't enough to do all 4 arches on a medium sized suv not happy

Malgré un nettoyage minutieux et un dégraissage de l'aile, le double face colle moyennement. Et je doute que ça tienne dans le temps. Le plus gros souci pour moi est l'esthétisme, sur mon gmc suburban de 1991, les ailes sont relativement carré et dans les angles, ça ne fonctionne pas

J'ai essayé d'autres modèles que j'ai acheté pour rien puisque ça ne faisait pas, j'ai posé des ailes plat sur mon Jeep et les pneus dépasse des ailes et salisse le Jeep A grandeur, j'ai fini par acheter les ezxL, je trouvais que ça coûtait cher étant donné qu'il faut acheter deux rouleaux pour faire les 4 ailes mais ça vaut le prix quand ça fonctionne et il sont de qualité, pour moi quand je lisais les commentaires qui disent qu'ils décolle c'est pas un problème, je vais poser des vis, ça va régler le problème
