Better than original
I would only use the 3m double sided tape if the original headset had parts broken. Mine snapped right in without the glue tape. It was easier if you put a little drop of water on the rib that snaps in. I would recommend this..

These are really nice
So soft and supple. They seem better than the originals and fit well.The cat peed on my headset bag and sorta ruined the originals. I managed to get the rubber coating off with 99% alcohol and this was the last step in renewing them. No way I was spending $1,000 on a new Zulu! The whole thing is in a container of coffee soaking up the smell, and then these will get installed permanently and I will be back in operation.
