With a retail cost of twenty bucks for 10 billion CFU, these are a little pricey probably from the added herbal blend. The sale cost of fifteen is better, but I think I'll switch back to my 25 billion for the same price. With supplements like this, it's so hard to tell when they're working. It's much easier to tell when they're not. But comparatively, these were a little larger than my normal ones, but still went down easy with no taste or aftertaste. They didn't cause any bloating or cramping. Overall these seem good, but I'm not sure of the long-term effects of all those herbs interacting with all my other daily medications, so I'm switching back to just a normal probiotic.

After taking this product for 3 days, I wound up in the hospital. Diarrhea and Vomiting to the point there was nothing else to vomit so thick globs of white stuff was coming up. I was also having breathing problems. And each time I inhaled I got that severe nausea feelingin addition to barely being able to breath. I was sick for about 3-4 days. First 2 being the worst. I threw the product away. This attempt at improving my overall health gave me a big health scare and cost me a couple thousand dollars due to my first stop at urgent care and being referred to the ER.
