POE CCTV Camera System

Good quality system for the price. I have it installed now for 2 years & no issues with system whatsoever. App works well most of the time for remote viewing, with very simple set-up. I contacted customer service recently for a simple query, (that turned out was user error on my part), and response was excellent & the advisor called "Jar" was extremely helpful & responsive. There are more expensive CCTV systems out there for sure, but this 4 camera system with DVR is definitely value for money, with decent equipment & images & everything required for easy DIY installation included, even tye cables. Adding additional cameras was also easy, and they were readily available online.

This system was recommended to us by our electrician son. He fitted it for us and very efficiently too I might add and it didn’t take him long at all. It works really well and is very neat and excellent quality. The picture quality it clear and sharp too. All in all we are extremely pleased with the system and would recommend it to anyone.

ZOSI 8CH 5MP PoE CCTV Camera System, 2.5K 8 Channel H.265+ PoE NVR and 4X 4MP Outdoor PoE Security This is a good system with a lot of potential but lacking more functionality and consistency. Installation is pretty straight forward enough, plug and play really. I started having issues the moment I connected the system to the Internet as I wanted to view the cameras remotely on my phone. The system would freeze at least once or twice a day and the only way of fixing it was to power the system off and then on again but after a few hours it would just freeze again. Obviously it was quite annoying as it's a cctv it should just stay on 24/7 So i got in contact with support via WhatsApp and explain the situation, I tried a lot of different methods none of which fixed the issue. In the end I requested for a firmware update which after installation seems to have done the job and fixed the issue. Unfortunately the only way to get this update is through their support team as I couldn't find this online and the system wouldn't pick it up if try to update through settings. So far it's running ok, hope it stays running.

Didn't expect much but was greatly surprised. Video in day or night is great. Very clear images able to see a number plate 60 feet away. I added a 500gb hard drive (taken from an old Sky HD Box) & it records the 4 cameras for over 17 days 24/7. Easy to install if you have access a long ladder to put them high up on walls & I bought a 16mm long drill bit to put wires through wall rather than running them externally. So good I have now bought 2 Zosi some cameras to mount over doors.

this is a cracking system, easy to install and works really well, it is literally plug and play the hardest part is running the cables, the only negative part is the cables are wound to small a coil making them a pain to unwind but i cannot mark them down for this as it is an excellent product .

Current update Purchase for oversea property. Arrived on time, set up and tested two cameras and all seemed fine.

I purchased this system about a year ago for installation in a commercial property, and it's been running reliably ever since. Zosi have been excellent people to work with, their customer service is phenomenal, they've answered my questions promptly. Only problem I've had is that one of my cameras which was in storage for a while, when installed, after about an hour started to fog up internally, but after contacting Zosi, they responded within 10 minutes and told me they'd happily replace it, so I am more than content and other than that have had no issues. The only improvement I could suggest would be a box of cable clips, but as most systems don’t come with these, and bearing the price in mind, I suppose it’s a bit much to expect. Currently unable to attach images due to GDPR but others have been able to show their private properties as examples. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

Have given this 5 stars even though I’ve recently had an issue with the product for two reasons. Firstly, I Installed this product back in 2020 and found the installation and set up very easy and user friendly, with a good clear picture at all times. Secondly, I recently changed routers, following which I had an issue accessing the system remotely. I emailed support and advised them what had happened. Within a matter of hours - allowing for the time difference between the UK and China - I had replies that sorted the problem out! Thank you Polly in customer services at Zosi for you prompt and helpful advice!

bonjour , actuellement je rencontre quelque souci avec un le DVR zosi , l’enregistreur plante lorsque nous voulons faire une recherche a distance , quelqu’un pourrait m aidé car je ne sait pas avec qui dialogué a ce sujet pour trouvé une solution . merci d’avance
