Trust Smart Home Zigbee Dimmable LED Bulb, E27, 9 W, White [Energy Class A+]

We set our son and his wife up with Philips Hue hub and bulbs for Christmas, but couldn't push to the cost of fitting his three-bulb corner standard lamp with the same Hue bulbs. For this we bought him a low-cost smart socket instead - which worked well with Alexa, but provided no dimming option. When I saw these "Trust" bulbs, claiming to work well with the Philips Hue hub, and at such a good price, we bought three for his birthday. The bulbs took a couple of weeks to arrive, so they became a late birthday present, but the wait has been worthwhile, since they are proving excellent.The instructions are clear and set up was straightforward. We put the bulbs into their sockets, switched them on and off five times to prime the wireless control, waited a second till they blinked "off" then opened the Philips Hue app and clicked "add bulb" and "search". At first only one bulb was found, but a second attempt found all three (I've had the same happen with Hue bulbs on a multi-light fitting).The bulbs are bright and dim down well and, because the Hue hub operates them, and they work with Alexa perfectly, they are proving to be a comparative bargain.

Purchased 2 bulbs for use in bedside lamps to integrate with a Hue environment. Both bulbs were easy to pair using the hue app and function exactly as expected. Only dropped a star as the dimming isn't as smooth as the Philips bulbs with notable stepped changes and there is a slightly staggered delay between the bulbs going on/off.For the money, they offer a great cheaper alternative. I would buy these again as 2 Trust bulbs cost less than 1 Philips bulb, especially where colour/white temperature range wasn't needed. Note that Philips don't currently make a 'warm white' only E14 Hue bulb.

I bought this to go in a small lamp in a game room that has a Philips Hue color bulb. Philips Hue is great and I have a bridge, and the Trust bulb paired well with it. The instructions say to flip the switch on/off 5x and then it blinks to show you it is ready to pair, so read the instructions first. You have to do it before you press the search button, and it's all described simply there, so the instructions were good. You can't flip the switch fast though, which I was doing and getting frustrated with. But flip it on/off normally and it finally blinked.So far so good, but I've only had it a few days. It's about 10£ cheaper than the Philips Hue, which is a huge plus. I think it's worth mix and matching the bulbs. The INNR bulbs were also a good buy but I had to pair them closer to the hub and them move them. They caused and error with the hub for a few days but eventually everything corrected itself. The Trust bulb had no audible error from the Hub and works well with the Hue bulb in the same room to turn on at the same time with the same command from Google Home.All in all, I would buy some more Trust bulbs in the future for the price, the nice warm light and that it pairs with Hue and Google Home.

Updating this review: as of March 2019, the green on two of these no longer works, so they can no longer be set to white (or green, for that matter!)My original review:These work just fine, but the colour definition isn't always that great - there is very little noticeable difference between red and orange for example, especially compared to the Phillips Hue bulbs in the same room. I bought three and they all show the same colours so it's not a rogue bulb. However, this difference isn't marked enough to cause me a problem.The manual that comes with them is in ridiculously small type, I ended up having to do a web search to find out how to pair them with my Hue Bridge. To save you the trouble, switch it on and off five times (leaving it on at the fifth) within 15 seconds to put it in pairing mode and only try to pair one at a time.They are nice and bright on the energise setting though!

I returned the Lamps due to them not performing as well as Hue.The issue is these are RGB where as Hue are RGB / White. So you don't get a true white. Also although the colours are very good, when changing colours around the Blue Red spectrum there are times when the colours jump from one to another rather than blending gradually.On a positive they are good value compared to Hue and appear to be of comparative quality, but didn't suit my needs. Also they are 250 Lumins not 350 as stated in specs

Very poor performance. While these claim to be compatible with Phillips Hue the results are very poor when you try to use them with the Phillips Hub. We started with 3 Phillips Hue bulbs and 9 Trust Smart RGB The Phillips bulbs were detected immediately but even after multiple (25+) attempts to get the Trsu bulbs activated only 4 were picked up and even they drop out as unreachable constantly so you can use them as part of the system. I am returning mine to the vendor as not fit for purpose as they do not work as advertised.

I bought 8 of these, and made a great savings compared to other brands... Not much difference against hue range... I changed all my kitchen lights now and its amazing.. the whole house is smart now.. great just in time for xmas…

Die Trust ZigBee Smart-Bulb ist ein kostengünstiger weg seine Wohnung mit smarter Beleuchtung auszustatten. Günstig aus dem Grund, das sie nur warmweißes Licht erzeugen kann und nicht wie andere Produkte zwischen warm- und kaltweiß wechseln können. Da ich aber den Kaltweiß-Modus bei meinen anderen Leuchten aber so gut wie nie nutze, kann ich damit leben. Für den Einstieg in die Smart Home Welt oder als Ergänzung für bestehende Konzepte ideal!

difficoltà con la skill di alexa (mai funzionato) non posso criticare la lampada in se, lei si accende è il software dedicato che non è all'altezza, da molti problemi, ed e difficoltosa la registrazione da sempre errore di credenziali anche se esatte...disinstallata ,non faccio neppure la coda in posta per la restituzione finisce come una lampada normale anche se un po cara , preciso che ne ho installate molte ma di altri marchi nessun problema,gli altri non avevano questa forma altrimenti....

Ho comprato queste lampadine che, al confronto della versione creata da Philips, risultano decisamente piu' economiche.Ho dovuto restituirle perche' purtroppo si accendevano da sole in maniera casuale.Prima della restituzione ho cercato in ogni modo di risolvere il problema: invertire la polarita' neutro-fase (alcne volte il rumore sulla fase puo' essere filtrato meglio in una direzione piuttosto che l'altra), connettere piu' lampadine per aumentare il carico di potenza e renderlo cosi' piu' stabile, ho comprato dei filtri EMI per la soppressione del rumore sull'alimentazione, ho disattivato sia l'app che alexa per escludere eventuali comundi non voluti....niente da fare....ero costretto a rimuovere la corrente dalle luci quando uscivo di casa per evitare che si accendessero. Restituite e rimborsato....peccato perche' il rapporto qualita'/prezzo era molto buono.....un motivo probabilmente pero' c'era....

Para que nadie se llame a engaño. Esta bombilla necesita de otro aparato para poder regular su intensidad. En concreto, un mando a distancia (el ZYCT-202), o bien un Z1 o un ICS-2000. El mando a distancia bastaría por sí solo, pero no se podría regular la bombilla desde un móvil. Para ello hacen falta alguno de los otros dos aparatos.
