Tasty and healthy!
This is my favorite breakfast when I’m trying to make health conscious decisions!! I add oatmilk and a drop of vanilla, cook in microwave for 1 minute and done! It tastes good- no soupy and bland, it’s hearty and delicious. Doesn’t feel like I’m sacrificing flavor for healthy. Grab a couple turkey sausages too and I’m getting the protein with the gluten free, dairy free meal on the go. I keep this in my office at work in case I forget lunch cause it’s good with water too. It’s on my auto-ship list now so I don’t run out!

Great taste, filling, long shelf life, and you get your fiber & protein.
However, for those of us on a stricter regimen, there is still a lot of sugar here.

Great quick breakfast!
I tried this on a whim and I am glad I did. Its quick to cook only 3 minutes in the microwave and if you add milk not water you get a creamy oatmeal. The flavor is great. I add frozen fruit before I microwave and its the best.
