Do the Personna Tri-flexxx cartridges fit onto a Sensor Excel handle? Or is Sensor Excel just a type of blade? Buying for my hubby, please help!

They do not fit the original Sensor handle. I ordered three boxes and so far only three of 24 blades fit the handle. Perhaps there is some slight difference with the Sensor Excel handle. I was very disappointed and not pleased with how this seller represented this product.

Can this be used with mach 3 or gillette fusion handle?Do these clean easily under water like mach3 & fusion blades or real hard like disposables?

No and no.I use a Razor Pit and can get a blade to last 30 days minimum - and I have heavy facial hair. The Razor Pit hones the razor and also helps to remove the dead skin and hair. Wipe the honed blade dry and they last even longer.
