***edit*** after 2 uses the table has stopped working. Have trouble shot a fix for hours. Replace propane. Replaced battery. Dead and not returnable. Do not buy. Easy to put together. Looks nice! Size is true. Works well. There are some minor cosmetic imperfections throughout but it seems to be common amongst all the other reviews. Not serious enough to return the item. Would recommend!

Received as a gift. Fire pit was easy to assemble and looked good. Unfortunately it did not light and even when i got it to light it did not stay lit. Called customer support who quickly told me it was the regulator and told me to email the order number and they would send a new table top (the regulator and table top are one unit). Shortly after i sent the order number they told me the part was back ordered and i should exchange it with Amazon. I got a second one from Amazon which had the SAME ISSUE so now I'm sending that one back. In looking at the reviews for the last month or so I see a bunch of folks have had the same issue.

This product came packaged well and went together easily. Most anyone can do it. Got mine put together and went out and got a gas tank and started up the unit. It started quickly; they don't tell you about the battery you need to install in the starter switch but furnished it. Went to use the unit two days later and it would not stay lit. It started easy and quickly but would not stay lit. I messed with the knob and got it to run if the knob was pushed in the entire time I wanted to use it. I reached out to the company. They were quick to respond and seem to go through a bunch of "Check This Check That" which had nothing to do with my problem. Then they as for an Amazon Invoice which can only be gotten using a computer and your amazon account. Trying to meet the manufactures needs is way out of line, when you can show them the purchase through the APP. What a mess to print that, then copy it then send to them. I would not buy from this company again based on the customer service was so bad.

We used this table 2-3 times over the course of the summer. It’s very hot where we live so didn’t use it more. The last time we tried it ignited fine, but flame died after 2-3 minutes. Followed trouble shooting from website and AI. Replaced battery for igniter. Did not work. It’s fried. Replaced propane bottle with brand new one. Also allowed lines to attemp to purge before adding new propane. Internal systems 100% do not last. Don’t buy!

Not happy with how this looks after assembly. Metals are thin and came dented in several spots. Table is tweaked and just looks out of wack. This unit is manufactured with predrilled holes and the instructions are clear. My teenage son (who helped me) made sure I followed them even though a baby could have put this together without instructions. So there is 110% nothing assembled wrong. Looking for a refund. Going to reach out to seller or Amazon about it.

I’d give this a 0 star if the option was there. It’s a good looking table/fire pit, but it burns a LOT of propane. Even used a brand new propane tank and it burned more than half of the tank in only 3 uses of 30 min each at most. Amazon tells you to contact the manufacturer for support with replacement parts or product, and when you contact the manufacturer, they blame it on the propane and not their product. Their customer support then stops replying when you follow their suggestion to use another propane tank.

I followed the instructions word for word. The instructions say for the fire pit to be assembled upside down. Once assembled, per instructions, I had another person help me flip it over. Once the pit was right side up and I removed the top covering, I noticed a large dent in the table top. What a disappointment! To disassemble the unit and attempt to fit it back into the box in order to return would be ridiculous. I called Amazon Prime in hopes of getting appropriate satisfaction but Amazon was unwilling to help in a satisfactory way. Warning... inspect the top thoroughly before assembly or do not expect support from Amazon.

After several calls and 15 minutes on hold, I still couldn’t reach a person to get them to send us out the part that was done. It’s actually fine because the material the fire pit is made of is a thin, cheap, dent prone metal. I wanted to see if they would just send us the damaged parts so we could Warp it out but now we’ll have to take the entire thing apart and send it back. Don’t waste your money.
