I ordered the Syruvia Sugar-Free Caramel Coffee Syrup – 25.4 fl oz - Syrup for Coffee, Latte, Shakes, Smoothies, Desserts – 100% Vegan, Gluten Free, Kosher – No-Calorie Coffee Syrup, (Pack of 2). I generally order Jordan's Skinny Syrups (I have close to 2 dozen flavors) and I find this Syruvia sugar-free caramel syrup to be at least as good as the Jordan's sugar-free caramel syrup. I found, for me, that just short of two full pumps in my 16oz two-thirds coffee and one-third whole milk is the right amount of syrup to get the caramel flavor at the level that I like without getting the artificial chemical taste that I don't like. YMMV. I am still testing a direct comparison against Jordan's caramel syrup (a mug using this sweetener, then a mug using Jordan's sweetener). I will update after a week, or so, of tests. On a related note, I am considering moving away for the sugar free syrups (0 cal/pump), at least partially, and getting sugar cane syrups (~70 cal/pump) because I find that getting the right balance of pumps with any of the artificial sweeteners and not getting the chemical taste is really tricky. I'm glad to see Syruvia has regular sugar-based syrups, as well. Overall, 4 stars because I find it hard to give any of the sugar-free sweeteners (Jordan's , Torani, this Syruvia, etc.) 5 stars. But again, this Syruvia is at least as good as Jordan's sugar-free caramel but generally at a substantially lower price.

These are not as strong of a flavor as some of the other caramel coffee syrups but they work.

I like the syruvia syrups. I have tried both the cane sugar options and the sugar free options. All good. I like this caramel as it has a natural taste to me, and I can actually taste it. Sometimes the sugar free ones dont have a lot of flavor, just a lot of sweetness. This has flavor. I like the versatility of caramel flavor. I personally dont use the pumps only because where I store my bottles cant handle the added height. I'll use them if I am keeping one or two flavors sitting out on my counter because I am using it often. I usually get into flavored coffees come fall and winter.

I used this caramel syrup in my iced coffee. I am not a barista so I don't know how much I am supposed to put in a 12 ounce serving. I put 3 pumps because that is what I see my barista at a coffee shop put in my coffee. The caramel flavor was not strong or overpowering. It was very nice and made a tasty addition to my morning coffee. I like that it came with a pump. Just be careful when you put the pump in the bottle The syrup is full to the top so when I put the pump in the bottle, I had syrup that went everywhere. I was not paying attention and should have dumped some of the syrup out first. Or used some of the syrup before I put the pump in the bottle. Ooops. My fault. That is what happens when you have not had coffee yet!
