These are the exact plug installed by the factory in the Saturn ION Redlines. I got them for my 2004 QuadCoupe. It's a 2.0L supercharged 4-cylinder Saab engine. My original factory plugs lasted 172,000 miles before I changed them, so I wanted to make sure I got the exact same plug to replace them. You'll need a torx bit to take off the aluminum plate covering the coil packs - there are four screws holding it in place at the top of the engine. Unplug each coil pack one at a time from the wiring harness, remove the bolt holding the coil pack down, and just pull straight up. A standard 5/8" deep socket with a 6" extension will get the spark plugs out. I recommend doing one plug at a time, putting the old plug in the box of the new one, and writing on the box with a marker which cylinder the old plug was from. That will help you later if you want to diagnose the cylinders by the spark plug appearance (a very handy diagnostic tool - the condition of the spark plug can tell you a lot of what's going on in there).
