The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this item so that I could stretch my calves, you have to modify it a little bit as you see from the video I put one of the loops around my foot so that I could stretch it properly or it comes with a little manual and it’s super easy to do your hamstring muscles. You might have to just play around to see what works best for you but for me it’s perfect it’s lightweight and it gets the job done. That’s all I really need. If you’re like me and you get pain in your feet, when your calves are tight, there’s other ones out there that are fancier and more expensive but this one will do the trick. Winner in my opinion.

I recently had a knee replaced, so this has been useful to assist with some of the strengthening exercises I now have to do. It takes a bit of practice to get comfortable with using it, but works pretty well for basic leg and heel stretching

I use this every morning to stretch after waking up, it’s helped so much in making my legs way more flexible.

Is it just me, or is there a bit of a learning curve to figure out this item? Instructions are vague and not helpful, IMHO. It is useful in stretching out a difficult to stretch area and I find that it does help ease those heel pains that are hard to ease. The construction is okay, not particularly durable, but then again this is not a 24/7 piece of equipment.

Had high hopes but likely won't get too much use from it. The instructions were a bit laughable, siting the device was good for "hemiplegia, YOGA," Nothing that was listed on the actual purchase page (Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs,) which is why it was chosen. It was difficult to use that that it was quite large so my foot only slipped out if I tried to change positions like the instructions card shows you can. I think if your upper body is not very flexible you may be able to get some use from it but in my case. I think sitting on the ground and reaching for my toes is just as effective and less trouble.

I had a very difficult time using this product. It did not fasten security around my calf or my foot. Each time I would pull to stretch my leg it would move around. The other issue is one of the nylon "rungs" snapped immediately when I pulled on it. It may have been a bad seam but it still broke fairly easily.To be honest I think this product is fairly low quality and doesn't work particularly well. I think the design has some promise but the manufacturing process is lacking quality control.

I got this to help stretch out my calf muscles and feet. I get a lot of tightness in mainly my calf muscles, so I thought this would be an easy way to stretch them outIt's simple to use. It straps around the foot and just above the ankle with a strap with multiple loops coming from the top of the foot. I usually lay on my back with my leg raised and pull down on the strap to get a good stretch, and it works great. The strap makes it easier for me because I have lower back problems so this allows me to stretch without bending overIt's possible to work several leg muscles depending on what position you are in and how you pull on the strap so this is a good tool for increasing flexibility, and with the multiple loops it's possible to increase the intensity of the stretch without changing positions. The strap seems durable enough to last a good while
