Scam Or defective
I opened the cylinder slightly to allow hose to be purged. Nothing came out so I opened it completely and still nothing. I took of hose and nothing came out cylinder.

Country of Origin is not USA as stated. It is made in Portugal! No caps on the low or high port!I should have bought the Mastercool 62010 instead.

The quality was really nice on these cylinders. Finally not something made cheaply in China or India! Looks like they were made in Portugal.
