Results aside, it is very easy to swallow. It recommends to take them on an empty stomach, which lined up with my mornings very well since I intermittent fast. The bottle smells great and occasionally I'll have a honey sweet after taste. Very pleasant. For what you get, it seems kind of pricey. I likely won't be getting a refill, but others may notice more benefit than I did. It's pretty easy to work into a routine.

They are easy to swallow and completely bypass the gritty, bitter taste of the unrefined granules. Packing them on long field trips provides a steady baseline of immune support without taking up extra pack space.
