CASO Design HW 1660 Turbo XL 4L Hot Water Dispenser for Home

We used to have a frizzlife filter but that lasted about 18months. We've had this one about 5 months now. The filters are much cheaper and filter much more quickly than frizzlife but my wife disagrees with me... again ;-) I really like this filter: good build quality, plenty of choice for water temp and volume (up to 400ml). But I would say a dial might be easier to use as you have to press the touch screen several times to dispense water. It has a self-clean program. It has a removable drip tray so you can use larger containers. It holds a lot of water as well. It's easy to clean. The universal filters are cheap. The only minor gripe is that it can dribble a few mls seconds after finishing, and like most filters it can spit a little when dispensing hot water. Apart from that it's fantastic. It also looks stylish.UPDATE after 17months of use: it's still working as it should. The cut out/reset circuit has been used a couple of times but that's because someone tried to dispense water when it was empty. The descale program is great especially in a hard water area like ours. Going strong overall.

Heats uo really fast large water container means only fills once a day ( only 2 in household ) easy to use and very clear display cant fault this product at this time

Have only had my new hot water dispenser for a month, and it looks realy modern the control panel works realy well is easy to navigate, the water is hot when at maximum, nice large water tank and tested it against my kettle for electricity use and it is using quite a bit less. So realy pleased so far . Giving 4 stars so far will come back when had it longer and maybe it will get five . Ps loving having hot water on tap in literally seconds is great I love it

This Caso Hot Water Dispenser has changed my life, One morning I counted my kettle went on 36 times! and they always filled the kettle, that was the moment I decided to get this hot water dispenser, now it just instantly heats one cup instead of a kettle, saving me pounds on my electric bill, its instant and we love it It has a large tank with a filter , you have the option of how much water you want to heat and dispence, you can use it for baby bottles as well, and the best thing it has a self discale button . We will never go back to a kettle.

I’ve used various hot water dispensers over the years. I prefer it to a kettle. This was my favourite one so far, because it was great for just one cuppa, or for filling up pots for cooking, and the 4litre tank was a huge plus for me. It was used several times every day. I purchased it early Nov 25. It’s now early Oct 26. A couple of months ago, I noticed the amounts of water was beginning generally reduce. If I wanted 400ml it would give 350, then 300 and so on. It just got worse and worse. The other night, my under kitchen unit lights were flickering when the dispenser was being used, then finally it tripped the house consumer unit.I don’t think it’s a particularly great idea to have the main electronics situated above the part where all of the steam comes out, so I’m guessing that’s the problem. None of these things seem to last anywhere near as long as a domestic kettle, but this one has had the shortest lifespan yet. Very disappointed customer.

Ok so I have tried one cup kettles continuously flowing dispensers and fast boil devices. This however is perfect. It has switchable cup volumes, temperature and heights. It's plenty hot enough for tea and perfect for coffee. The reservoir is just right not too big but large enough so you don't have to keep filling. Great touch sensitive controls and expensive looking. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very pleased with this so far. Heats to just the right temperature. Is quick and the large reservoir is a boon. Would buy again. 5*.

About to return item. Leaking under water storage container
