I am not sure of this, it kinda dries the hair out and makes it frizzy, also there is no clear instruction on how much to apply, because applying too much dries out the hair and too little may not work. You definitely need to follow up with a gel for your curls to last longer and appear less frizzy. Also they haven't mentioned that you can dampen up your hair to reactivate the product after a day or 2 of applying it. Too little information for a new user to maintain their curls.
