It is hard to judge a product like this, but they are easy to take and I am not getting any stomach upset or the like. They seem fine.

It's a little too big & rough for me to swallow so I cut them in half. The taste isn't bad at all just tasted like Vit C. Overall great product for the price and I will continue to purchase.

I bought these as they were recommended by an M.D. in a magazine for people who have broken capillaries. Unfortunately, I have a lot of them because my vascular system walls aren't very strong. So, I take this to help strengthen them in the hopes of not getting any more capillaries. Check with your doctor if you are cleared to take vitamin C, especially if you have had or have kidney stones or gastritis or a GI. ulcer. You can also ask your pharmacist.

These were the first vitamins that I had purchase that I wasn't unsure about. I think that it gives me the right amount of what my body needs. thanks
