Great box with great features
I have a not so advanced 40" flat screen TV in my guest room and the tv box I had for over 5 years was performing terribly slow and the software was way outdated. So I wanted to upgrade it so that my kids and guests can watch YouTube/Amazon Videos/etc. when they want to.Pros: The setup was very easy. Just connect the box and TV and connect to our home internet connection. By logging in with my google account, I can download more apps at play store. Navigating with the remote was smooth and easy, but I would say it would be more convenient with a keyboard for searching. My biggest concern was that my tv can only display photos and play music with a USB stick. This box has many usb slots so I hope videos in USB stick could be played through it although I haven't tested it yet.Cons: Browsing the internet with the default browser was not as convenient as using computer because the content in the webpage did not zoom automatically. There is no mirror screen feature for iPhones.I will update more if I have get other gadgets to work with it. But so far I'm only using it for my kids to watch YouTube and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Ok
Great box no issues, except that the picture comes a bit darker. I have tried chaging the settings on the TV and the box n no improvement.UPDATE1 YEAR later , the box does not connect wirelessly to all the routers. Had to be connected wired to several routers. Not sure why. Also I have another android box which is a year older with the same specs but does not lag as this box.. and does connect wireless where this box does not.

Wifi
Wifi is very weak. My phone at the same place with the same wifi has speed 3 times faster. And it's 5g, with 2.4g speed is close to zero. Also it's running hot. But unfortunately all this problems are very typical for all boxes in this price range. They all work somehow. This one is not the worst.

Stay away !!
I noticed that the box was communicating a lot with some IP addresses in China, I just blocked them off in my firewall and changed my Google Play credentials.2 weeks after purchase the system disk got corrupted, the manufacturer does not provide a reference image for reinstalling, or any kind of support at all for that matter.Stay away !!

Speed I’d give a C.. Good budget android box though!!
Box is a tad slow for my taste. Memory is good enough to hold all the apps you need to enjoy streaming. If you’re looking for speed it’s okay for the price I guess.

Well if this didn't save the day.
Last Christmas I bought my little cousin a smart TV (a very expensive smart TV) and her little sister (whom I adore) felt slighted because she was still using an old box TV that looked like it was from the 80's. I mean, well, probably it was from the 90's but it was OLD. Finally it conked out and her aunt gave her their old TV - which was a bit more updated although it was still by no means a smart TV. So, I found this on Amazon and decided that I could give her the gift of a smart TV for the relatively low cost of $50. I love the fact that it runs on a google platform, which everyone knows, and is so self-explanatory that she can easily use it (she's 10). It's a great, functional and easy to use little system that I highly recommend. I vow to get one for myself because one of these days I'm going to break up with Verizon and it's going to be me and my Bqeel TV Box.

Presque inutilisable

Was soll sowas? Ich empfehle die Box daher nicht.

Sweet Little Box. Small in seize, Great in performance
Updated version thats HD and 4K compatible, easy to set up and works great!I have tried other Android tv boxes before in the past and this one is just as good or even better than a few. This box runs on android 7.1, which is a newer version than most 2017 boxes, and preforms much better , more stable, and allowing you to access more links and programs. I have tested it out and it was easy to set up, install and the channels they all run smoothly without any lag time or glitches and the interface is very user friendly and easy to follow. This box supports HDR and is truly 4k (As long as you have a solid fast internet network and quality HDMI cables) which is something most boxes seem to lack which allows you to watch anything and everything in clear high definition quality. Overall all of the 4k video files that I have used played perfectly. Not only does it preform as its suppose to but it comes in a nice packaged box and looks very neat and of high quality.

Awesome TV box
The media could not be loaded. Awesome Android TV box. I am going to list out the features of this box that helps it stand tall in a crowded marketplace when it comes to these devices.1. Bluetooth - This is a feature that is not often seen in these devices although it is gaining popularity lately. I find it great for being able to connect me phone directly to the device and play music through my Home theater system. You can also transfer pictures and videos to the device with ease through this feature. It is not an essential feature of these boxes but it is one that I love.2. Fast - This box is very responsive. Button clicks are met with instant feedback on the screen. I have found other boxes I have used to have a noticeable delay from the button press to action on the screen. This one is instant and helps to show that it is running on speedy hardware.3. Clean - The box comes clean of any filler add-ons like Kodi or Showbox. This will be a turn off for some but I love it. The so called "fully loaded" boxes often came with software bugs and a pile of unnecessary add-ons in kodi that you will never use and just added to the possibility of software glitches. This way you can install Kodi from scratch straight from the play store and use websites like kodiapps.com to install the add-ons or builds that you really want to use.4. Android 6 - This can be seen as both a draw back and a bonus. While a lot of these boxes are coming out with Android 7, Android 6 remains stable and working great. It is also compatible with all the apps you are likely to use here such as Kodi, Netflix, Showbox, Amazon prime video and youtube to name a few. I have read 7 does not support Amazon prime video yet but I could be wrong on that so please don't quote me. But overall 6 works flawlessly and should not deter you from making a purchase of a box that is running it.5. Pass-thru - This box is able to read pictures and videos from a USB drive and display them on your big screen. A lot of big screen TVs are not capable of doing this so this box gives it that amazing feature. In my house I have a Samsung, LG and a Vizio. The Samsung plays virtually all files, The Vizio will play some file types and the LG will play none but with boxes like this all my TVs are now able to play just about everything.Overall this is a great Android TV box and one that anybody should be happy to own. Highly Recommended!!! .

Bluetooth Is a Must
Purchased as an upgrade from previous models I still stick with these as they have been reliable in the past. interaction with them remains streamlined and doesn't change as does most devices. Boot up is very quick, less then a minute and has indicator lights on the front red(off) and Blue(on) that help if you uncertain you've selected the correct input or you have a bad HDMI. I have not noticed any excessive heat from the unit, and is very quiet. The remote I found to be useless but I find all Infrared remotes are obsolete. A keyboard and mouse are best for set up and any sort of modifying you plan on doing. Otherwise for general use get yourself a Air mouse for daily use. You can get away with using a air mouse for setup if you don't have nor want to invest in a wireless keyboard and mouse. This model unlike my previous ones has Bluetooth which I really now believe is a must for these, it just adds so many more capabilities to the unit such as controlling with your phone, displaying photo/video from tablets or phones, playing music on a Bluetooth soundbar and so forth that it is well worth the cost.A nice thing about this unit is they have not packed it full of apps that are outdated by the time you get it. If you want to get into TV boxes it is best that you either learn how to work with them or know someone who does. Best way to understand Android TV devices for beginners is that they are a Android tablet packed with more features and capabilities. There are lots of videos tutorials out there to get you started. I would consider this unit more of a streaming box and I wouldn't really play games on it as the hard drive will fill up very quickly. You could spend some money and upgrade it but if you are doing that just use the money on a high end unit. However if you already have a good external self powered hard drive it might be worth trying that configuration, I Have a old one plugged in via USB to play backed up movies and family photos and it works very well.I do a lot of research for all of my purchases so I enjoy helping people save time and make informed decisions on there purchases, That is why I take the time to write about my experiences. Please let me know if you have any questions or if my review has helped you in any way. If my experience with a product changes over time I do come back and edit my reviews.
