Best Small DC tig welder on Amazon
Noticed was no longer available on Amazon. Was surprised as this is the best small TIG welder for carbon and stainless steel I have ever ran into. The interface is superior and allows for adjustability unheard of for a occasional or small shop user. The manual is lacking in adequate information on functions. If read through a knowledgeable user is able to do process pulse Tig setups impossible without the led interface. Just takes a few simple formulas. To set peak time and amp, background %. This welder can Etch carbon and stainless steel with lettering or stenciled designs (along with cleaning ss weld heat discoloration). Using the clean function and aANDELI HD-250L 4m Cleaning Torch (not on Amazon but look up Andeli elsewhere). I am in the process of building a oscillating cold wire feeder for my TIG250-mpl. (mostly weld sheet metal but wire feeder with Pulse has interesting capabilities for the approx$65 it will cost. I did put a better ground lead on machine and also checked all internal electrical connections. Addition of a large fan and filter for forced air circulation has helped make my cycle times better than specified on label. You do not want to get any grinding/metal dust into the electronic on this unit. Have been pleased enough with this unit to purchase a Andeli double pulse mig welder.

Yes I did get a good deal on this one but had to order some parts before I was able to start refreshing my memory for tig welding, it's been a while since I've had to weld aluminium, it will take me a little bit to get it dialed in to different electrodes and shield gas flow and shield diameter, to see which ones work best together, great price and portability
