Nice trays, not too heavy, it is sturdy. HOWEVER, i'm glad it was not breakable. Amazon delivery person tossed the package across my patio and onto the front steps, only known because it had snowed, there were no footprints to the steps and the box had slid to the door

Initially I bought two of these. They were so nice, sturdy, beautiful wood, I immediately ordered two more. They are light weight, but solid and sturdy, the color is beautiful and appear much more expensive than they are. I used them for appetizers over the holiday and am very, very pleased. I highly recommend! Simply wipe with a damp cloth and dry with a towel to clean. Elegant, yet rustic.

This purchase was actually on a whim . . . what shall we get ourselves for Christmas this year? They came right on time and we opened them Christmas Eve. And we've used them nearly everyday since for meals and snacks. Our plan this year is to give a set to our married children and grandchildren on their anniversaries. With 2 in a box it's perfect.

The wood its made is beautiful, the detail is not bad. The only small problem is the bottom of the tray is not flat enough, it might be storage or excess heat from summer month? Anyway, I put some heavy book on top, it might flatten out I hope... Its not that a big deal, so I kept it!

I purchased these as gifts as part of a "heat up left overs for your loved one" set. Both couples loved the trays.
