Update: I had an issue with my order and seller went above and beyond to rectify. A+ customer service.I purchased these too hastily and didn't notice that there is only a teaspoon of down in these. It's a feather pillow, which is fine, but not what I wanted or thought I was buying.

A relative swore by this pillow after I had tried about 5 others and returned them to stores. At first I thought this looks great. It's so full and heavy. But it's been several months now and I hate it. Some may like this style but not me. It is so difficult to get it comfortable every night. I have to literally punch it down to make an indentation for my head. I've also noticed that the feathers don't want to shift around as one would expect in order to get comfortable. Too late to return it or I would certainly do that. But I've had enough of waking up with a stiff neck.I've decided to open up the pillow and remove some feathers then sew it back up. I hope it works. Otherwise I'll have to throw it away and start shopping all over again. So disappointed.

I tried to get rid of the large pillow tag, so I ripped it… and the pillow ripped as well with the down flying out…The tags should be easily removable… not destroy the pillow seam…

I purchased these pillows for my son and daughter in law for in their guest bedroom. The pillows they had were too hard and bothered my neck. The new pillows are the perfect softness and give my neck enough support. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely buy them again.
