This thing is pretty cool. I bought it as a gift for the wife and I thought about working on it when she wasn't looking, but as we all know, women see all and hear all. So I thought better of it and might order a second puzzle for myself. Seems to be really nice quality. It'll keep you busy, and hey, that's a good thing

This kit is magical! It is so detailed and charming, and the clever use of a mirror inside makes it look bigger on the inside than the outside! The quality of the parts in top-notch and the instructions are very clear. Truly delightful!

This was my very first book nook and it was so fun! The instructions were clear and I had little issue in putting it together with the exception of the wiring (I didn't watch the instruction video they offered me, my fault). I only broke one piece (also my fault) and the whole thing is just so cute! It fits perfectly on my bookshelf and inspired me to get into more book nooks!

Cute, easy to work with. As another reviewer said, I kept a hot glue gun handy for when I made a mistake or wanted a little extra hold. Very solid build. I did the electric completely on my own- very easy steps to follow. It turns out so well! It’s going to be a 2nd grade teacher end of year gift for “gifting the love of reading” I’ll definitely be doing another kit! It took less under 10 hours total, and I’m a novice!

This was a fun build, this is the first RoLife brand I have completed, I used only a small amount of glue to secure the "plants", but it isn't necessary if you don't plan on ever moving the box after completion (as I was completing the project the leaf kept falling out of the vase, so I just used some glue to secure it). Almost all tabs fit snuggly into their spots with only a few being too tight or too loose and needing some modification to make it work.

This was my first book nook and I was making it for a friend's birthday. When I opened and started looking at the instructions I was overwhelmed fairly quickly. I was able to find someone on YouTube giving a tutorial and that helped greatly! Once I got into the groove things were easier to follow. The way it fits has is pros and cons. Pros the pre cuts, having the numbers one most pieces, and the small piece plastic bin amazing (there are so many tiny pieces). Cons the bag bits don't have labels so you really gotta pay attention, I definitely needed glue while some pieces had a nice right fit others would not stay together. If you're heavy handed be warned you could easily break this trying to build off you push too hard or press in the wrong spot. Don't throw anything away till the end! You'll think something isn't important but it is! My friend loves stitch so I added him into the nook!

Absolutely recommend as gift for another or project for yourself! Great addition to your book space. Clever, adorable and quality product.

Really nice quality build. All parts assembled as expected and held together well. Lighting and touch pad worked without issues. Lots of great details and looks great on the bookshelf. The mirror at the back of the store adds great depth to the visual effect. Only wish there were more individual books and maybe a plastic cover for the front (touch pad is inset quite a bit from the front so you can't add a cover easily unless it is removeable). Also has on/off switch on battery pack to lengthen battery life which some other kits do not have. Plus battery pack is easy to access when needed.

Looks great on my bookshelf. I didn’t really have any issues with assembly though I would say it’s a bit difficult to get certain pieces to fit. My advice would be to use a small dab of glue to hold some parts. Also, use a bit of sandpaper to lightly sand the tabs so they fit well and you don’t have to try to jam them together (that’s when you risk breaking pieces). All the pieces were there and instructions were understandable - just go through them carefully. I’d like to edit my review to suggest that if you are an absolute beginner that there are other kits out there that are more basic and can help you learn little techniques to do this kit really well. Yes, my end product looks good, but I kind of wish that I could re-do it now that I understand how to do these better now.
