It was a good quality, the instructions were step by step (but some of it is written a bit cryptic).I’ve never done anything like this before and it’s taken a few days to complete, it was really fiddly (in a good way) and now it looks great on my bookshelf.

Gorgeous book nook and fairly easy to put together, although niggly and fiddly in places. The directions are fairly clear and markings on the board to help where items are placed. The roof part was a bit frustrating to put on and the lights need a lot of patience. The wiring for the lights are a bit dodgy, the lights go on and off and the front button doesn't work on mine.You need to get glue and batteries which aren't included, I just used a PVA glue.Apparently there's a music box which can be bought separately but considering the price, you would think it would be included.Overall I'm pleased with it and I would buy again.

Bought this for my 11 year old daughter. We made it together, but it was great fun. Really nicely and carefully made - great present for someone… Does require a bit of thinking and patience though - this is not a two hour job!

I really enjoyed building this, but the instructions were sometimes a bit vague, especially the ones for the little books and stickers. It's the first time I've ever built a book nook, but it won't be the last! It would help if the pieces had the numbers printed on them rather than just next to them on the pop out board. Some of the words are badly translated, so some parts took a process of elimination to understand what they were for, I managed to work it out in the end with a little bit of patience and minimal bad words. The pieces popped out really easily, and I had no issues getting the parts to fit together. I used craft Tweezers for the small fiddly parts and high tack craft glue to stick everything down, it worked very well, and set pretty quickly. The cuts on the large book stickers were poorly lined up so I had to cut them down on one side, but they looked fine once I'd trimmed them so it wasn't an issue. Wiring up the lighting was fiddly and initially frustrating, but it was pretty easy once I understood how the little circuit board worked. I managed to hide the wires easily and I really love how it looks when it's lit up, the lights really bring it to life! It looks great on the shelf next to my Mina Lima Harry Potter books! The little books are so cute and the little details on the furniture really do make it look good. It took me around 5 hours to put together because it took a while to understand some of the instructions, but I got there in the end. I love it so much that I've ordered a different one to build on my day off work at the weekend. I'd definitely recommend this one, but take your time and be patient with the instructions.

Impressive model this is my fourth one, some of the parts are quite fragile so be careful. There is no glue with the kit you will also need a few tools like modelling knife and tweezers also two batteries.really worth the effort good luck a definite buy

On the positive I really enjoyed making this kit. The instructions in general were easy to understand however making some of the smaller elements i.e. books was confusing. I found it easier to skip this section and then come back to it once all the bigger pieces were made.Unfortunately after completing my kit the sensor now does not allow the lights to switched off. It only worked for one day before this issue came up. Have contacted the company through Amazon but never got a response back.

The media could not be loaded.  Really enjoy making these and adding our own little touches to them. Fun to create and patience is needed as is following the instructions. I do recommend a super glue for some parts.

It took me 2 days to finish it, the first steps are a little bit tedious cause you need to make all the books one by one but at the end it was all worthyI love this and I will buy more for sure

I originally purchased this for my son who loves to read and build with LEGOs. A book nook kit seemed appropriate that contained a lot of details of a Library, had built-in lighting/electronics, and would look amazing on the bookshelf. It did NOT disappoint!It took him and I a VERY, very long time to build -- a couple days. We took our time to look at the graphics, chat a bit about each piece, and meticulously and slowly let his small fingers put things together. It certainly was not something an impatient person may want to embark on, but the end result was beautiful and worthwhile.I took pictures along the way and will share them when I get the chance.It was so beautiful, I bought another one to gift my coworker who's part of multiple book clubs. She also loved it!

Not worth it in the end. The moment you get started you'll be regretting it. There were a lot of issues - low res or pixelated images, spelling errors, missing assets, the list goes on. In the end I used a lot of my own materials to get it as good as I could and still it's my least favorite miniature house I've done.

I got this for my wife and she loved it! Has a lot of small pieces and fine details and ya gotta have patience to complete! But great product

This was bought for a Xmas gift for my daughter! I didn’t read the box and found out that glue was not a part of it! I feel it should be for the price! I’m still giving it a 5 star though! She loves it and took her only a few days to finish it! Not surprising at all!

I love everything about this. The colours are amazing and the accessories are excellent quality. Would recommend!
