It's the perfect pot to make "steamed" veggies for the day for me and the kids for the day; or quinoa, barley etc. I normally add in my sweet potato or other veggies and let it sit on low while I cook other food - it requires minimum stirring & comes out amazing every time.In terms of design, the lid, the side handles etc do not disappoint. It is small and suitable for a 1-2 portion soup or rice. But it is very beautiful! The pot gets heated really fast and holds the heat long. I use it everyday for breakfast noodles, soup or rice cooking.

It's charming and adorable. The size is ideal for 2-3 servings.

オシャレでコンパクトな見た目で炊飯器のように場所を取りません早くは炊き上がりますが手軽と考えるかは人それぞれかと思います沸騰したら米を混ぜて蓋をして火加減の調整をし煮て10分後に火を消すなど鍋の前で作業する時間はありますその時間と手間が苦にならなければ商品の鍋も炊きあがりの味も素晴らしいものです

炊飯器をやめてからしばらく経ちます。これまでクリステルの20cmの鍋でご飯を炊いていました。キッチンを暗くして炊くと、ガラスに映る泡のレインボーカラーが美しく美味しくご飯をいただいていました。ですが…ストウブのリリーカンパーニュがなんとも言えず可愛くてつい欲しくなって購入してしまいました。同じ条件でご飯を炊いてみました。どちらもさほど変わりはありませんでしたが、ストウブの方が少し米一粒一粒がしっかり炊けている感じがしました。2合がおすすめのようですが、3合でも吹きこぼれもなく美味しく炊けました。キッチンに立ちたくない時などは、美しい調理器具でお料理するとテンション上がります。購入して良かったです！もう炊飯器には戻れません(笑)
