got this as a gift for my girlfriend for our anniversary. it came 10 days earlier than expected and although the plastic packaging was slightly damaged the draw string bag and both necklaces were completely fine. looks like it does in the picture. I haven't given it to her yet but I think she'll love them! quality of the metal feels great and the corners weren't as sharp as some people said in other reviews. very pretty and good quality, with fast shipping

the necklace itself was very nice and my girlfriend loved it. sadly, the wring tha connects to the heart kept bending and breaking off. I suggest buying this product but maybe putting a nicer chain aroung the actual heart.

Chain for the black puzzle piece did not fit the loop.

was purchased for a friend. I did notice that the puzzle insert is very sharp since its so precise and fits inside the heart. Took a diamond nail file and smoothed and rounded some points. Other than that, it's great!

Good quality and gift

I was under the impression that the little heart and puzzle piece were bigger. They’re really small.Kinda dissatisfied with this.However they’re made of decent metal and do not scratch easy which is a plus.Necklace links could be made better.
