I wish I could give this company 10 stars but I can’t. I have helped so many people with this product. It’s so unfortunate that doctor say that there is not a cure for irritable bowel syndrome but let me tell you this stuff will cure it. I don’t care what the doctor say. It’s amazing, I’ve saved so many people at this product. I wish I could be there spokesperson I would do it for free honestly it’s an amazing product.

So far so good! I haven’t had any ill reactions, but also haven’t seen much change. It’s one of those supplements that you won’t notice it’s working until you one day randomly notice the change, so until then I’ll just continue taking them :)

Got my annual blood work last summer. My ALT level skyrocketed. AST was fine/within the normal range but ALT was at 76 then 69 (after Dr. retested 2 days later). Normal range for my age goes up to ~44. Last 2-3 years my ALT was def. trending higher (~42) but technically still in the normal range. Dr. thought it was maybe gallstones or something like it. Nope. Got an Ultrasound. All clear. A friend highly recommended Milk Thistle. Started taking it in early August 2025. Followed up w/ blood work in early Jan. 2026. ALT went down to 50 (-19 points). Still elevated but def. *trending the right way. Blood sugar level did go down too (90 vs 99 last time). But the only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is ALT isn't back into the normal range yet. Gonna test again likely in 4-5 months. If ALT goes back into the normal range I'll promptly update this review to 5 stars. No side effects at all, seems like a quality product, size of capsules are easy to swallow every morning, no effect on sleep quality.

This works for me. I'm 210 pounds, regular drinker, and my total triglycerides were running north of 150. Two of these 3 times a day , and it brought that number down to 75. I’m a drinker. I love making classic cocktails, especially tiki cocktails. I make all my own syrups, I use the best ingredients, but I also like a good ol’ Bacardi gold and coke. I try to limit my drinking to the weekends, but sometimes I make dinner, and how does one make dinner without drinking wine, or margaritas (depending on what’s for dinner)? So needless to say when I went to the doctor she was not happy with my bloodwork. My liver enzymes were elevated so she sent me in for an ultrasound. The ultrasound didn’t show anything (phew), but still, elevated liver enzymes are no good. A couple nights later I was home and saw some milk thistle drops in the fridge. I asked my kids about it and they said the vet prescribed it to one of our ducks bc she was having liver issues. I thought well if it works for ducks, it probably will work for me. I did research of course, and found these. I’ve been taking them for a couple months, almost nightly, and when I went for blood work recently, my liver enzymes were perfect! Which is amazing bc I’ve been drinking more than ever, almost every day for a month and a half. I’ve been out of work with sciatic nerve pain, and have daily pity parties, and what’s better at a party than some g and t’s? I’m not saying anyone should be drinking this much, it’s bad for you, while my liver enzymes were normal, everything else was up, but this milk thistle seemed to help my liver. And how much easier could it be? These are easy to swallow, they’re no bigger than most of the supplements I take, they have no gross taste or smell. I would never tell anyone to take a supplement without doing their own research, but these seem to be keeping my liver healthy, I would recommend and I will keep taking these. Now if I could find a supplement to lower my cholesterol, a1c, belly fat, I need to do more research.
