(updated) The seller was responsive and he/she provided an excellent after-service. I am happy with my purchase from the seller and I would say my overall rating for the lamp and the seller is very positive.The heat generated by the lamp is pretty good. Unfortunately, it stopped working in less than 4 months. The control panel still lights up so I wonder if the bulb socket is damaged because of the heat generated by the bulb, which could be a manufacturing defect. I contacted the seller to see if it is fixable or replaceable. I will update about it later once I hear from the seller. In addition, the lamp is not stable when the base is filled with water, but it became stable by filling it with sand. The lamp makes some noise (like continuing z sound in the background) when it is on, which was not too bothersome to me, but sensitive people could hear it annoying.

purchased this item only two months and the wire burnt out. I spent over $100 on it, and this item cannot use it anymore only 2 months, they refuse to refund.I felt something was off when using it first time; the screen become excessively hot every time I turned it on. I use it 15mins each time. This morning when I using it, it suddenly made a loud noise, and I thought the bulb had burst, but the bulb was fine. Upon inspection, I discovered that the internal wire had burned out. It was terrifying, and I'm grateful it wasn't an explosion. I contacted customer service, but they told me that they have only 30-day return policy.
