This is PERFECT for cosplayers that need an 8 tooth crimper! It has multiple different crimper attachments, plus an attachment to make it a straighter! It crimps high quality ( wig bases from DokiDoki Cosplay for example ) synthetic wigs PERFECTLY at the HIGHEST setting. Not sure if it would melt lower quality wigs. The only downside to this is that it takes a long time ( probably five minutes ) for it to get to its full heat and a long time to cool down as well. Also, the most part that you hold onto to make it tighter on the hair can hurt your fingers after a while. It’s perfect for the price, and honestly? I think the only 8 tooth crimper on Amazon for this kind of price so I’d def recommend getting it.

I absolutely love this hair crimper! It creates the most beautiful, natural-looking waves in just a few minutes. The waves hold really well throughout the day without needing tons of hairspray, which I really appreciate. It heats up quickly and is super easy to use, even if you’re not a pro at styling. I’ve gotten so many compliments since I started using it! It gives that effortless beachy look that I’ve always wanted. Definitely one of my favorite hair tools now—highly recommend if you love soft, defined waves!

I really liked this product — the quality was great, and it made my hair look beautiful. Unfortunately, after just a few months it stopped working. For this price, I’m disappointed that it only lasted such a short time.

Purchased for working on cosplay wigs. Plates are easy to change, heats quickly, and it works exactly as advertised. (I have not used it on human hair, so I cannot comment on that effectiveness, but I assume it would work just as well)

Offers variety, simple to use. Love it makes my thin fine hair look thick. I am in my 70’s.

I only used it two times since ordering at the end of December (3 months) and now it doesn't get up to temp. I let it heat up for ten minutes and I can still touch the plate. I think I got a lemon.

Not that great!

Good for beginner. Just beware the plates can slide out if not put in correctly. Wearing heat glove is a MUST. Button in grip can turn up/off if pressed together when crimping, so be mindful.

Yet another waste of money I didnt use it straight away so I missed the return date. Would never recommend, it doesn't close properly around the hair the plates do not stay in place terrible design, useless.

I use this for cosplay all the time, and it has worked really well when texturing my wigs. It heats up quickly, and doubles as a straightener and crimper - even better! 10/10 love it for my purposes, cosplayers definitely check it out. Here are some of the wigs I styled with it
