AO Smith water Heater. Hopeless Product.
People of Kerala Shouldn't buy AO Smith Water Heater product, since there is no Service Centre and Support. Unfortunately I bought 3 units for my home use. One was not working. Brand New product, but not working. Called them many times. No response. Packed and returned to their factory in Bangalore. Now nearing One year. So far, No news and no calls. Very bad Customer service & support.
