Poor quality
Took out for the first time and was excited to get on some fish, unfortunately after just 6 casts the retrieving mechanism started to fail causing a massive ball of my $30 braid line to tangle and collect on one side of the spool, had to sit out the rest of the fishing trip, very disappointed as I genuinely thought I was getting a good buy.

Great addition
I have used these for awhile now and love how great they cast, the drag is great and having the power handle is an added benefit. I’ve got mine setup using 80lb braided line for catfishing. Just have to watch the slide on the bottom that opens up the inside of the reel. I just put tape over it so I don’t hit it by accident and pop open the cover.

Doesn't have 4.5" L power handle like charcoal model
I already own the Charcoal color Bahamut 400 and love it. It came with a 4.5" long power handle and Large handle knob. I use this reel for slow pitch jigging so the handle is great. So next I purchased the Pearl White Bahamut 400 (it is silver, not white). It has a 3.5" long handle and a much smaller handle knob than the Charcoal model, plus it costs more than the Charcoal 400. But the pearl white reel is still a very good reel. Same reel as charcoal model only with shorter handle.
