My friend is studying hieroglyphics and tells me she struggles to create accurate representations when doing the translation exercises. I bought her a copy of Aleks Melnyk’s metal stencil and she is over the moon. It has made her work so much easier & her tutor congratulated her on the improvement in her hieroglyphics translation.

Small heiroglyphics but perfect for decoration and the stencil is hardwearing due to it being made of metal. Great price too

This is a perfect solid sheet of metal that can be used to write in hieroglyphics (transliterated). Each symbol is clearly marked with the English sound/letter it matches. I’ve used this to help my child (Year 4) do a project on Ancient Egypt. It was a great way to learn what the symbols mean. Tracing the symbols or using clay to make the hieroglyphs are both possible because the sheet is strong enough. Check the size of the sheet to have an idea of the symbol sizes if you want to use it for a specific purpose.

Great fun writing your name or whatever you want to do. Would recommend coloured pencils as felt tip smudges.

Used these for a Vacation Bible School, Egypt themed activity with nearly 100 students. Kids used these to stencil their names in hieroglyphics. I did not expect these stencils to be such a hit. I had none of these left, the kids were asking to keep these. I don't understand the frenzy they caused, but nonetheless, these were fantastic and very, verrrryy popular with the kids. The size was just right for little hands, they quality is strong, and the images were great for stenciling.

These are very nice, although they should consider their packaging options. I ordered one and it came in a bubble mailer and was bent, so I had to replace it. Second one was fine. These should last forever one you have them.
