Bitter But Nice + Many Health Benefits
I bought this for its reputation in supporting sleep and enhancing dreams. Coincidentally, the very day it arrived, I was dealing with a terrible stabbing stomach pain. I consulted a couple of AI chatbots, and both suggested sipping a soothing tea. When I asked about mugwort specifically, they said it could help soothe the stomach and stimulate digestion—so I gave it a try right away. The taste is definitely bitter, but in that herbal-medicinal way that often means it's doing something good. The smell is lovely—pleasantly musky, and for me, it brought back memories of old Chinatown from my childhood. If you’ve ever had artichoke tea or ginseng tea, this has a similar earthy edge. I recommend brewing it very hot in plenty of water and letting it steep for a while—the leaves will eventually settle at the bottom if you don't have a tea infuser.

Great for sleep and meditation
I take mugwort for sleep and pre meditation. It’s bitter but I don’t mind.

fresh, aromatic
This mugwort is fresh, aromatic, and exactly what I was hoping for. The loose leaves are high quality with minimal stems, and the scent is earthy and clean. I’ve used it for tea and herbal baths—both relaxing and grounding. Love that it’s organic and sustainably sourced. Will definitely be reordering!

Sooooo many stems
It's mugwort alright, but I haven't seen this many stems in a bag since I stopped buying Mexican ditch weed from my roommate in college.
