Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had purchased one VictorPro 12 V mini UPS s. no. B0C7VSCHNF from Clicktech Retail through amazon online platform vide invoice no. DEL5-1013898 dated 28-05-25. It has gone faulty and power is getting off soon once electricity goes off. The product has a warantee of one year but it is gone faulty within a month. There is no response from customer support of Victor pro. I had sent e mails and on customer support page of Victorpro web page also. Product is very bad and no one should buy if they do not respond to customer communication. There is no response from customer support of Victor pro

Perfect back-up for Wi-Fi router The one that came first gave only 2 to 3 hours back-up. When I exchanged it, the current one is giving 4 to 5 hours of back-up. Make sure to completely charge and discharge it for 3 to 4 times for better back-up. Also have a discharge scheduled for every one or two weeks for better results. Don't keep the unit on overnight when everyone at home sleeps. This saves electricity and durability of the UPS and also that of the router.

Writing this review after 6 months of use. No issues till now. Best thing is that it doesn't need external charger. Backup is good. No lag in switching. Compatible with jio fibre router not checked with others but I hope it will work.

Nice product Working fine Since I ordered I never got a chance to test its real potential but one day power supply at my house was cut for almost 7 hours and it was on all the time while 2 devices a tab on 5g band and a phone on 4g band was continuously connected This is a genuine product and exceeds it's value for money tag

Product is working fine, but it only supports less then 1 amp device such as wifi router, It's not for more then 1 amp, as I bought this for my DVR but it's not working when main power supply goes down my device still working but the thing is start beeping in since of less amp supply the device is getting it and its not functioning properly. I am giving 1 star rating due to wrong product description as it gives 2.5 amp current which is completely wrong I also tested with my voltmeter reading. And second thing is it doesn't solve my purpose of usage.

I have been using this ups for nore than last 6 months. Backup has not been what is said in the details. Gives about 1 hr of backup as soon as electricity goes off. Also sometimes it ups goes off but as soon as electricity is up, the charging light shows green color implying that ups is fully charged. Sent email to company but to no avail. Don't know whether you should buy this one or not. Better go for a more expensive one that has better support.
