Q: Does this come with 1 or 2 upper hands?

This is for one upper hand and includes the upper and lower platforms and the adjustible pole. I found mine indespensable when putting up a cabinet and hood by my self. Two would have been better. I balanced a large plywood square on mine to spread the support to a larger surface and it worked great!

Q: Are the feet of this bar rubber as the top?

Yes, both top and bottom plates are plastic with a rubber pad.

Q: Can this product be used while installing a header beam? 21 ft long, about 250 lbs. One person install job so need another set of hands holding beam.

doesn't have the stability, will fall over before you walk to pick up other end of beam. you will need to have at least 2 or more people to do this. at least lift one end of beam have it securely held at one end then try lifting the other end. you re a better man then most if you are to try this your self. could be very dangerous if not deadly!!!!
