Not sure if this is a wider problem. Bought recently and 3 out of 4 ports dropout frequently then reconnect. Connected devices work fine when connected directly to PC. Fine for e.g. USB charging, infrequent use items. Not good for headphones, mouse and keyboard.

Keyboard and/or mouse dropped after 5 minutes when using this (not an issue with power management in device manager); both peripherals work fine when connected to own usb ports or via another usb hub.

Only one slot works its crashed my hard drives when DJin with it UGREEN normally are reliable and brilliant can't fault them but this terrible

Input devices kept freezing while plugged in. I'm sure it's fine for use with USB drives and charging, but it was advertised to work with mice and keyboards which it was awful with. Save your money on this one.

my first review was flagged as bullying but whatever, its not good, bad quality and it does not work at all for headset or mouse. it cuts out the audio and the mouse would freeze every 2 secs. dont advertise that it works for everything when it doesnt. the only thing it can probably plug in is storage or a usb stick. overall not worth the money

Returned immediately. The connector is a loose fit, with some lateral wobble. This means that it is prone to sudden disconnection and, if data writing is in progress, there is a risk of data corruption. On close inspection, the connector is visibly thinner than that of an equivalent product (I compared with an Anker product)

Really wish I could give this zero stars. When trying to use this with an SSD transfer to a portable SATA drive, transfer rate was in the bytes per sec. No KB or MB as it should be, but bytes. Mt normal transfer rates are 40MB/s. Total waste of money.

I bought this because I tried different things from ugreen and they were good. However, this hub keeps disconnecting and I can see that it's a complaint shared by other reviewers too. It's awful because it doesn't allow you to work smoothly and makes your mouse and keyboard halt a few times per day. I'd advise against buying this product.

great quality, works as expected.

A simple plug-and-play device which adds more USB-ports to your PC/Laptop. UGREEN has become a reliable brand for these kinds of things. Worth the recommendation. Plus the price is amazing. Other brands charge 2-3x this price.

Har haft en i flera år som fungerat helt felfritt. Köpte en till nyligen som också den fungerat perfekt.

Zeer goede argb conyroller een aanrader wees voorzichtig met de 3 pin die buigen of breken snel af als je het stekkertje er niet goed in schuivd
